Journaling text: These are some of our favorite summer fruits and vegetables. We try to eat as many of them as possible fresh during summer. A few of them we can freeze, like the berries, but most of them don't freeze well. Fresh salads, stir-fries and fresh fruit & ice cream are some of our favorite ways to enjoy them.
