True story....I was eating so much ice that my throat was sore and my teeth were starting to hurt from all of the crushing. Having my iron checked this week as I know that ice cravings (technically a PICA since ice is a non-food craving) can be a sign of anemia. Anyway I finally had to cave and buy some mini-ice-trays....we were buying 22 lbs of ice a week!
Journaling reads: 29 weeks. bought two mini ice trays on ebay. they make 90 perfect 1/2 inch cubes each and satisfy my intense craving while saving my teeth!
