This is for the July Challenge #2 Frame only part of a digitally masked photo! My great nephew Connor looking so big boy! First I used Misty Cato’s watercolor spills to create the photo mask then framed inside of it with Libby Pritchett’s acrylic frame adding a thin black line to accent and one of Cindy’s fun word arts.
