JOURNALING: 2007 was quite the year for me. it started off not so good for me. it was never diagnosed, but i think i was suffering from post partum depression. the birth of evie jo threw me for quite the loop. she was nothing like jillian and i felt trapped and alone. i was the only one (well, my boobs!) that could give the child comfort. she wasn’t a good sleeper and the stress of having two kids just sent me into this deep dark place that no one could get me out of. i was mean. angry, vicious.
it sucked.
and then i started therapy.
what a difference trish has made in my life. maybe it was needing the someone to talk to. maybe it is the reassurance i get from her. maybe it is the idea that i am worth it. that i can’t do this alone. that i need a break, too. maybe it is everything.
i don’t know what it is exactly, but i am ending 2007 better than i rang it in.
i am happy.
i feel complete.
