This was the title of a TV program in Brazil when Sarita was little, called The Magical Balloon Gang (club?) I'm not too keen on balloons or birthday kits (maybe when you are this side of 60 one looses the wish for birthdays? LOL) but thought of that program and enjoyed making the page
