Another thing we rarely get in London (maybe even in the whole of England) apart from Halloween, so much I can't remember the English name, but these are caramel apples, not quite the way we have them in South America, which I find more natural labor, the ones we had in my childhood were a much, much darker caramel, this is bright read, but the taste comes close. We have at this time a year a French Market in our high street, is impressive, this stall sells the apples plus crepes and waffles, we try make it every year there.
