December Daily Album??

Hmmm... I have that album too! And the landscape binder album. Both of those would be perfect... but I just know I'll never get this done this time around if it's not digital. I can't WAIT to see what your girls come up with!

Giveaway? I missed a giveaway? :) I'd happily send you a link for these if you want them, but sounds like you made your own already, sorry I missed them!

I was over at Target tonight and saw the MM papers, they're not really my style either, but I'm having the hardest time finding anything in the stores around here (no LSS in 30+ miles). I'll try Michael's this weekend I think, otherwise it's online shopping...that is if I can find anything I want in stock!

I've been looking around online too Teresa and everything seems to be out of stock, it's so frustrating!

That's a great idea to use the calendar ast he book!
I did 90548432 things last night, none of which was pulling out my box of Christmas scrap stuff to go through and decide what I want. I KNOW I want the BG Wassail collection, so I'm hoping to get to go to my mom's LSS tomorrow. Maybe I'll find an album there too.

I'm so anxious to start this next week. I have so many ideas in my head, I need to get SOMETHING decided on, lol.

Also, Ali posted a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge Q&A session on her blog today. :)

So, Ringleader Colleen, will you be starting a thread here that you keep regularly updated where we can all check in or starting an email list or starting a Yahoo!/Google group or...???

I'm thinking just a thread here will work best. Everyone's here already, kwim? Next week when I go through my stuff and actually get started, I'll start a new thread where we can all chatter and share what we're doing and thinking :)

I'm reading through Ali's post today, and she's planning making a set of 5 or so templates that can be rotated through/flipped/spun/etc for all your ppl wanting to do just digi :) I know you can use a template you already have, or whatever, but I just wanted to point that out. (She sells at Designer Digitals - who I am hoping having a good sale this weekend so I can snag some of her stuff :p)

Holy moly, I so tempted now. After reading more on Ali's blog, it does sound fun. Mine would be all digital I think. I actually like the idea of doing paper or hybrid but I don't want to buy anything and definitely don't have enough. Eeks! I just have to focus and I'm sure I can do it.

This is going to be so much fun! I think Ill do the Daily prompts mixed in with Shimelle's class prompts (I took her class last year). I am so very tempted to do it hybrid though but I looked at paper kits at our LSS here and whoa - it was so expensive!!!!

Crazyscraps has the BG Wassail in stock.....but not a great price.

Scrapbooking-warehouse started carrying BG (no Wassail yet) and is usually well priced, and they have Clear Scraps acrylic albums available. I've shopped with them before and I like them.

Oh, BTW, on that post you linked up, Col, she has a Flickr group.

I joined it. Not sure I'll post anything there, but might be cool to look at all the paper albums. :)

I'm brainstorming Christmas ideas/things to do in December as we type, Col. Aintcha proud?!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay LA!!

Unfortunately I'm bogged down with real work, whatever that's all about. I'm gonna brainstorm this weekend.

I love that Clear Scraps All Mixed Up album Col, I'm definitely going to have to get one of those for a future project! And Teresa those round numbers you made are awesome!!

I found a couple of 7Gypsies 6x6 chipboard ring book kits in my stash and I'm thinking of taking one of those and combining it with a 6x6 acrylic tabbed album and alternating the pages for a mix-n-match look. I love Basic Grey's Figgy Pudding collection (even though it's an older collection) so I'm going to see if I can find any of that @ my LSS.

Teresa..

I must have missed this post last night. You didn't miss my numbers, I am finishing them up today. I'll let you know when I am done. Also, there was a giveaway on Ali's blog yesterday, I don't know how long it goes for, but that's where it was.

Yea I def want it, just can't decide if I want it for this project or another one, lol!

That will look SO cute mixing it up like that! Awesome idea! Check online too, I know a lot of places have some of the older BG lines on sale. Figgu Pudding is cute! Crazy scraps has it.

I like the way that looks too, but I think DW will die if I buy another album, as I have a bajillion that I haven't used. I am going to stick with what I have and start piecing the pages together. I pulled stuff last night, and found mainly last year's DCWV, so I am going to go with that for now.

Yeah I think I'm pretty much with Aggie on this...If I don't do it all digi I bet i won't do it, so here goes nuttin......

Ok guys, I just finished cutting and punching all the pages. They are in the book, now I just need to make the pretty. I'll keep you updated.

I caved in blindly bought this:

I dont know if ever Ill have the courage to actually use it LOL
But I have done some daily templates already - the beauty of digi is that you can redo things easily :)

so this weekend I decided what I am going to use for my album .... My chipboard stash! I have 3 bracket albums .... so I am going to make them into one album. I am going to paint all my edges and probably just glue square pages on for each day & embellish. It will be easy to print out a page a day.

Hey, y'all!

I was just checking the forums for something else and came across this thread!

I LOVE Christmas, and I LOVE Ali Edwards (have met her twice  ), and I'd love to do this with you, if I can :) I have contemplated doing it in the past, but with DD (child #1) leaving for college 2 months ago, we will definitely establish new traditions this year (of course, she'll be home for Christmas, but December will be different...), so this is a good time to do this challenge :)

This numbers are fabulous! Are they available in the store? I am one who purchases Christmas items yearound :p

Anyway, just wanted to jump in here to let ya know I think I'll join you
