We are busy getting ready for the girls to visit their sister in Wichita,KS, my husband to have a work thing that same week in Dayton, OH, which leaves me home alone with the pup....and uninterrupted Scrapbook time for a whole week! Woohoo!

My problem is that many of these challenges for the Scrap A thon are not speaking to me and what I want to scrap right now, so it may be me scrapping just to scrap. Which means I don't post them online. We shall see!

That reminds me of the conversation my husband had with someone at his work yesterday... 'I see you tomorrow!' 'No, we have an appointment on Thursday.' 'Ehm... that IS tomorrow...'

As for the challenges, I kind of like both options every day, so it's hard to decide what to go with...
Enjoy your home alone week, hope you can get some scrapping done (and that you'll post them...).
 
It is a little cooler today, but not much and that means it doesn't feel cooler. Glad I am not having to spend much time outdoors, and the air is bad from the wildfire smoke. Sending prayers to all of those affected by them, including all of the critters!
 
BOO! OH hello! Life threw a bit of a curve. 3 of my grands have been with us for the last week (age 1, 7, and 9). My daughter was hospitalized with cysts and complications...but
GOOD NEWS!
NO CANCER!
2-3 days in the hospital a bit of recovery at home. But oh, did this grandma take a zillion pics! My daughter and her twin sister even sent me pre-op pics for scrapping!!! ha ha
So I am back 3 challenges YIKES!
 
We are going to a concert tonight - Post Malone and Jelly Roll, I’ve never been to a stadium (outside) concert with that many people. It’s super hot and really smoky outside from forest fires, I’m hoping they don’t cancel due to air quality.

HOW FUN!! Crossing my fingers they don't cancel, be safe and have a blast! Can't wait to see some pages about it! :) Kinda jelly right now!
 
I can't believe there are only 2 more challenges, after today. That is a real bummer! I have been LOVING the challenges and pages I have done and seen in the gallery!! I have done more pages this month than I have done in 6 years...I used to make 1-3 daily. It is SO good to be back in scrapping mode, I have missed it terribly.

What will we do after the challenges are over? We can do the monthly challenges, but what else? I have an idea....♥
 
I can't believe how fast the summer is going. My kids start school on Monday :/ I have lots of pictures but no pages done yet.. determined to get a little scrapbooking done this weekend.

Think there are 3 more challenges for July left (26th, 28th & 30th) and 16 challenges (or 31, like last year) for august! So at least these months will keep us busy.
I need to catch up on 2 challenges, so at least I'll be busy till the end of this month.

Can't wait to hear your idea, but if you are looking for something else, you can always join the bookclub here at SSD!
 
Y'all, I'm JUST NOW starting on July challenges! My July has been so busy!! And on top of everything, work has been a bear. I had three jury trials in 2 weeks that I had been preparing for earlier this month. Thank goodness they either settled or got postponed. Meanwhile, the 25yo college-educated admin starts the dishwasher at work every day -- with literally 2 or 3 glasses and 2 or 3 forks/spoons -- and she puts the glasses on the spokes so that they move around and wind up sideways.:rolleyes:
 
I’m very impressed by anyone who is doing all 15 challenges! I am going to try for 8, but I have a lot of catching up to do this weekend.

Still, it’s been really fun to read all of the prompts (even the ones I’m not doing) and think about what I’d make.
