My whole family loves these Asian Glazed Drumsticks... though we always use thighs instead.

I've never heard of this either, but it looks like an awesome site! I love that she includes calorie counts because most food blogs don't and I'm obsessive about my calories.

We have tried some of her recipes and loved them. I used her Spinach Meatballs recipe (http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/06/skinny-italian-spinach-meatballs.html) and combined it with Paula Deen's spaghetti recipe one night; everyone loved it.

I have the cookbook and follow her blog. Honestly I've never had a bad outcome. I pre-ordered the cookbook and she sent out two sets of bonus recipes which thought was awesome.
