Sooo...remember we got a Wii? Well its turned into a fantastic motivator (cough...way to bribe) my little pickiest eater in the world. Last night the child ate meat loaf....MEAT LOAF which for him is a big deal. All b/c I said he would not have his Wii time today if he didn't eat all of his food. It's actually worked all week!! Anyway, I've been wanting to try the cute little Muffin Tin Meals I've been seeing around to kind of make it a little more fun for him and I need some ideas other than fruits and cheeses to fill them with. Suggestions?

Veggies cut into fun shapes, avocado pieces, sweet potato fries, corn on the cob (Wes eats it this way, but not any other way - go figure!)

When I make homemade mac-n-cheese I'll make a batch in muffin tins then throw it in the freezer. That way I can have a single serving for the kids . I also do meatloaf that way.

You all should come by and submit your photos to the Mr. Linky at my bog Her Cup Overfloweth (56750733) (the one listed above in this thread). We would love to have you! You can enter links to your muffin tin meals all week on Monday's posts! The more the merrier, I say! And you could even post your photos here and then link back to this thread! I would really love to have you!

Sometimes we do themes and sometimes we don't. I have met some pretty great ladies and found some wonderful blogs this way!

Hope to see you!

I do those on movie picnic night (they eat on a blanket in the living room, watching a movie). I put raisins, cheese, crackers, little powder candy (hey, it's a treat night...), cucumber slices, carrots, cereal, cheerios party mix, Goldfish, cubed ham or salami in muffin cups on a plate, then I place a yogurt drink in the middle. It's always a winner here.
